Product Description
OD:108 mm frameless motor
is a high‑torque 108 mm outer‑rotor frameless BLDC torque motor, operating at 48VDC. It delivers 3.6 Nm continuous rated torque and strong 13.9 Nm peak torque, with rated power of 565 W and maximum speed up to 1900 RPM.
Housing‑free split stator‑rotor design enables direct embedding into customer‑designed mechanical assemblies. Its 42‑pole topology provides excellent torque density, low cogging torque and ultra‑smooth rotation. This compact motor weighs only 514 g with stack length of 22.8 mm. Custom winding, cable harness modification and full OEM/ODM service are available for robot and automation integrators.
