OD:88 mm frameless motor
is a high‑torque 88 mm outer‑rotor frameless BLDC torque motor, powered by standard 48 VDC industrial supply. It delivers 390 W rated power, 2.2 Nm continuous rated torque and up to 6.6 Nm peak torque, with maximum speed of 2000 RPM.
Housing‑less split stator‑rotor structure supports direct embedding into customer‑designed mechanical assemblies. It weighs only 335 g with stack length of 25.35 mm. Thanks to the 40‑pole design, this motor achieves high torque‑density and smooth low‑speed rotation with low cogging torque. Custom winding, cable harness modification and OEM / ODM services are offered for robot integrators and automation equipment manufacturers.
